1.Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bbr44 ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "user"). bbr44 is an online betting and gaming platform that offers cricket betting, sports betting, live casino, and slot games.

By accessing the bbr44 website (bbr44.lat) or any associated mobile platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

This document may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2.Account Registration & Management

A personal account is required to access all services on the bbr44 platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.

• Each user may create only one account. bbr44 reserves the right to close all accounts if a single person is found to hold multiple accounts.
• Providing your correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details during registration is mandatory.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Accounts are non-transferable — allowing a third party to use or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bbr44 reserves the right to verify a user's identity when necessary. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-recognized document. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following individuals may not open an account or use services on bbr44:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Persons residing in areas where online betting or gaming is legally prohibited.
• Persons previously banned or barred by bbr44.
• Persons currently undergoing treatment for gambling-related issues or who have requested self-exclusion.

bbr44 reserves the right to forfeit the account and all balances held within it if an account is created using false information about age or eligibility.

4.Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Currently accepted payment methods on bbr44 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• There is no upper limit on deposit amounts, however large transactions may be subject to a verification process.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from bbr44 is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Unusual transactions may require additional time for a security review.

5.Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bbr44 offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry period — please refer to the detailed description of the offer.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or household will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements have been met.
• bbr44 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus, but this will not apply to bonuses already in use.
• bbr44 reserves the right to investigate accounts if irregularities or manipulation in bonus activity are suspected.

5.4 VIP Program

bbr44's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit, starting at 0.2% at Bronze and going up to 1.2% at Diamond. Progress through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and contribution on the platform.

6.Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

bbr44 does not guarantee acceptance of all bets. bbr44 reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors, unusual betting patterns, or information errors.

• There is generally no option to cancel a bet once placed — special rules apply for in-play betting.
• If odds or information in any market are displayed incorrectly, the relevant bet will be considered void.
• If a match or event is abandoned, the original stake amount will be refunded.

6.2 General Sports Betting Rules

The applicable market rules for betting on any sport, including cricket, football, and kabaddi, will be displayed on the platform. Results will be settled based on outcomes determined by official/international governing bodies.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

bbr44's casino section features games from leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe. The individual rules for each game are stated within the game window. In the event of a technical error, the most recently saved server log will be considered final.

7.Fair Play & Security Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Betting or playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.

10.Account Closure & Suspension

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any withdrawable balance in the account at the time of the request will be payable, however bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by bbr44

bbr44 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information on the account.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Where a rule violation is clearly proven, the balance may be forfeited.

11.Limitation of Liability

bbr44 will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Losses resulting from account credentials falling into another party's hands.
• Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Temporary service interruptions due to unexpected technical issues or server outages.
• Situations beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, and similar events.

bbr44's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the original amount of the disputed transaction.

12.Changes & Amendments

bbr44 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

Amended terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered full acceptance of the new terms.

The most recent version of the terms will always apply. The date of the latest revision will be noted at the top of this page.
